The Opportunity
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, building relationships and helping clients grow their business results through client-centric consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will have experience in client management, ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute their sales tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, collaboration with team members and cross functional teams, a willingness to experiment and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment against tight deadlines while maintaining strict attention to details.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth for the organization and the businesses they support by (1) tailoring recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs, (2) improving performance of clients's marketing spend in a client-centric manner, and (3) aligning clients KPIs with company solutions to drive incremental value
- Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with business of all size and complexity
- Effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Manage inquiries and troubleshooting from clients
- Discover insights on campaign performances for solution selling
- Organize and update internal data and sales materials
- Collaborate with and assist Account Managers to create sales and meeting materials and translation of sales materials
- Coordinate logistics of external events and marketing initiatives including project management, client reach-out/ follow ups, and facilitation support
Your Background
- 8+ years of work experience in advertisement, media, agency, performance marketing
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity by coping with uncertainty and risk, as well as adapting to change
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and work collaboratively with internal teams
- Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing clients
- Admin/ operational skills; comfortable to work with Microsoft office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)/ Google Suite (spreadsheet/ slide) applications
- Fluency in English and Japanese language
- Experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management and in Facebook Solutions would be preferred
