Responsibilities as Purchaser Assistant & AR Account Assistant Job Description


Assist Purchaser Executive in:

Liaise with suppliers for pricing, availability, delivery date and other

  • Inquiries
  • Source & Request quotations from suppliers and negotate pricing, timelines and payment terms.
  • Ensure a good selection of supplies and sourcing, constantly evaluating supplier performance
  • Review material plan and work with planner or project coordinator and suppliers to support site team
  • Ensure purchasing procedures aer ordered and delivered efficiency, oversee prompt issuarance of purchase orders to suppliers
  • Follow up daily processing of purchase orders to suppliers/vendors and ensure delivery on time
  • Documentation of supplier information, shipment to site matters, update the resources dtatabase and compiling purchase order.
  • Delivery order and Invoices
  • Ensure that the purchasing process is effective implemented and maintained
  • Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
  • Back date key in PO for Upkeep Equipment/machinery.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Maintain and ensure proper filing of purchasing documents.
  • Handle all other purchasing administration work
  • Other ad hoc activities as assigned.

Assist Account Department in

  • Open letters and sort out
  • Assist in inventory checking for incoming stock & issue/withdrawal chit documents
  • Issue to do calculation for Rental items and Billing
  • Assist in mataching documents
  • Sort out - Transportation chit for billing customer purposes
  • Sort out - Premix & Concrete chit project by project, work out Excel worksheet
  • Stock take with Auditor (Auditor Requested)

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
  • Good communication skills, able to communicate with English & Chinese suppliers and internal department well.
  • Be responsible, organised, independent.
  • Able to work fast and multi task
  • Only Singaporean and SPR need to apply.

Others

  • 5 day work week
  • Office currently at Sungei Kadut Avenue and will be shifted to Kian Teck (Jurong) in 2nd half of year 2024
