Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervises daily and monthly planned periodic works allocated to Building.
- Reports in a timely manner all Building defects and reporting.
- To liase in house contractor on services failures e.g. air-conditioning, lighting, electrical and Elevator Lift.
- Carry out regular inspections to the building and its facilities to maintain serviceable condition.
- To supervise, coordinate and manage Contractor for the related period maintenance and repair work.
- To assign duties, inspect work performed in accordance with the daily Inspection Checklist.
- To ensure good safety practices in the course of work.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the Building.
- Implement and improve work processes and service quality for the organization.
- Must have proficiency to speak English.
