Job Descriptions:
- Conduct materials planning and procurement to meet sales requirements.
- Solicit and negotiate vendor quotations for each inquiry.
- Monitor and adjust inventory stocking policies to optimize supply assurance while minimizing inventory holding, following MRP and minimum inventory level guidelines.
- Generate and issue purchase orders to suppliers based on agreed inventory stocking policies.
- Issue Certificates of Origin (COO) and Certificates of Quantity (COQ) for Genset Assembly.
- Ensure accuracy of all orders and maintain communication with suppliers via telephone and email.
- Coordinate, arrange, and track shipments with freight forwarders.
- Monitor delivery status with local and overseas suppliers and resolve any related issues.
- Prepare import product checklists, import shipment checklists, and other relevant documents for warehouse inspections.
- Communicate with suppliers to address problems such as damages, shortages, or deviations from specifications.
- Coordinate delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies to meet production schedules.
- Maintain inventories of silencers to meet customer demands.
- Generate reports from the SAP system for analysis as needed.
- Create item master records in the SAP system.
- Maintain purchasing files, reports, and price lists.
- Plan shipment consolidation to reduce shipping costs.
- Arrange courier services for other brands' products/DDVOR.
- Review Purchase Requisition (PR) to ensure compliance with lead times before issuing orders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with SAP.
