Job Description:
- Manage full life cycle of employees (i.e. Recruitment – Onboarding – Offboarding)
- Ensure healthy staffing while partnering hiring managers to provide resourcing needs and to maintain strong working relationships
- Provide support and strategic inputs on matters relating to performance management, employee relations, manpower needs, etc.
- Support the formulation, implementation, and operation of HR policies
- Collaborate with HR administrators
- Apply in-depth knowledge of HR programs & processes and legal/statutory requirement to day-to-day management of employees
- Interpretation of policies and guidelines
Requirements:
- Possess Degree with preferably 2-3 years of relevant hands-on HR experience, especially in the area of HR business partnering and recruitment.
- Experience in transport and operations-related industries would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of local labour law.
