What You'll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs/ regulatory requirements are met
- Responsible for ensuring daily lodgement of EBS bills
- Responsible for meeting the section’s KPI, e.g. process adjustment and refund within 7 business days
- Supervise and provide guidance to team leaders and staff
- Review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity
- Manage feedback (Internal and external), liaise with relevant stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement
- Liaise with ITD or/and any other external vendors on system changes and feasibility studies
- Liaise with Principals, vendors, and stakeholders on operational matters
- Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/ initiatives
- Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
What You'll Need:
- Degree from a recognised University with at least 2 years of working experience in utilities industry.
- Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work in a team
- Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
