- Maintain control of all project documentation.
- Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals.
- Be lead contact point for any and all matter specific to the Clients for the Project that you are in-charge of.
- Understand Project plans and Specifications.
- Responsible for understanding project plans.
- Planning and preparation for Site Works.
- Experience in Mechanical & Engineering works
- Preferably with BCSS Certificate.
- Preferably with Class 3 driving licence.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate may apply
- Proactive and ability to meet tight deadline.
- Possess good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- An independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
- Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken
- Able to communicate with Chinese Client
