Responsibilities:
- Handling customer order process.
- Assist with sales team member for issuing sales order, delivery order, invoice and credit note
- Manage the customer enquiries or issue with monitor and reply on email correspondence.
- Able to check all the information of documents like receipts, amounts and records all are tally and correct.
- Able to handle all customer incoming enquiries
- Able to handle daily sales order
- Communicate with other departments to fulfil customer's order
- Handle indoor sales customer
- To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by Management
Requirements:
- ‘O’ Level and above
- Excellent in communication skills, good personality and convincing power.
- Experience in ERP/NAV system.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
