Business Development Manager

Responsibility:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
  • Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • To recruit and onboard new business development team members.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Set clear KPIs for the recruitment and training processes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on progress and challenges.


Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business / Finance or any related discipline.
  • Preferred with at least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Good knowledge in Financial Industry (preferred).
  • Exceptional account management and sales acquisition skills.
  • Strong consultative/solution and value selling skills, results driven sales skills and the ability to close high level account renewals.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
