Responsibilities:
- Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders, tables’ requests, and promotional offers
- Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible
- Check on guests’ satisfaction, attend guests’ needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Able to work on split shifts, weekends and public holidays
- PC literate, well-organized and self-motivated
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
