In this role as a Customer Service Specialist, you will be required to communicate to clients and writing with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders, be resourceful and able to provide a solution within the agreed turnaround time.
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal incumbent must be able to deliver a smooth customer service experience to all customers through email communication and online chat, you will be expected to manage all feedback received and handle them with urgency and care to provide an outcome that is both fair and satisfactory.
The ideal incumbent will be expected to manage the day to day email communication with customers and distributions and provide quality customer service through reviewing, assessing and providing the response in a timely manner and meet SLA of 90% email resolution within 5 working days. You will be required to work with different business units to provide a one stop solution to the customers and resolve feedback or issues raised by customers or sales representatives.
** Office is centrally located at CBD
** 1 year contract with 1 month completion bonus
** Opportunity to convert to perm or extension (depends on performance)

skills and experience required
- Passionate about serving customers and provide outstanding customer service quality
- 2+ years of experience in customer service industry - ideally in Financial services sector
- Candidates with prior experience as financial consultant/advisors are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in Lifeasia, CRM, communication tools and financial products is an advantage
- Highly analytical and self-motivated
- Fast learner, effective in problem solving
