Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve problems efficiently to uphold excellent service standards in product delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory and pricing.
- Offer training and mentorship to enhance the customer service team's skills and uphold high service standards.
- Monitor team performance and foster team cohesion.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and partners in daily business activities.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams to enhance company sales.
- Compile and present monthly performance summaries for the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s in business management or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Good communication skills, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Able to lead a team
- Knowledge of ERP/NAV systems is a plus.
- Experience working in Food Industry is an advantage
