Manager, Customer Service Team

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve problems efficiently to uphold excellent service standards in product delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory and pricing.
  • Offer training and mentorship to enhance the customer service team's skills and uphold high service standards.
  • Monitor team performance and foster team cohesion.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and partners in daily business activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to enhance company sales.
  • Compile and present monthly performance summaries for the department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s in business management or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Able to lead a team
  • Knowledge of ERP/NAV systems is a plus.
  • Experience working in Food Industry is an advantage
