Responsibilities:
- Handles site administration, coordination and office support activities.
- Preparation of necessary documents for material requisition, staff claims.
- Assist Project Manager in execution of Project Management, project schedule, coordination with sub-contractors, progress claims, payment certification, etc for all project related matters.
- Record subcontractors' attendance and track.
- Ensure work area is kept clean and tidy.
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- ITE (M&E) / Diploma (M&E) / GCE’O’ Levels / GCE’A’ Levels.
- Experience working in construction industry will be an advantage.
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritizes work.
- Organised and possess a can-do attitude.
- Meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willing to work at construction site.
