Job Responsibilities
· Propertable setting including setting up items
· Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments
· Usher customer to their table
· Present menus to customers, inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
· Taking customers’ order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer
· Serve food and beverages to customers
· Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning
· Perform cashiering at times
· Perform opening and closing duties
· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Job Requirements
· Minimum GCE N-Level or, ITE qualifications
· Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays
· With F&B experience is an asset but not essential
· Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers with smile all the time
· Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic and team player
· Willing to learn and has passion for service industry
· Able to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment
· Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
· Knowledge in POS system
