Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on internal projects aimed at streamlining learning operations and employee learning experiences.
- Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools such as UIPATH and/or SMARTIQ workflow.
- Manage data collection, centralisation, and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and informed decision-making.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated and data management processes.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Information technology, IT & Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficient in UiPath Studio, Tableau and/or SmartIQ
- Experienced L&OD candidate with automation background/knowledge would be advantageous
