- To oversees daily Operations which includes Staff Management, Operations procedure, statistical reports, weekly / monthly operation review.
- Forecast Sales figures and inventory requirement for each location
- Achievement of Sales Budgets of the retail outlets assigned and maintaining sustainable growth of outlets
- Formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance
- Responsible for the business performance (Sales) of groups of outlets assigned
- Responsible for the training and development of Area Managers, Outlets Supervisors and Staff to achieve service excellence
- Build, lead and set priorities / direction for the Marketing Communication Division
- Strategise and execute annual marketing strategy, budget and deliverables
- Render support to Sales and Operations Department to generate ROI
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Adminstration or
- 5-6 years of relevant working experience in retail trade
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good motivational skills
- Strong negotiation, organization skills
- Awareness of internal and external customer needs
