- Obtain tender / contract drawings and documents from customer
- Review all the drawings and specifications supplied by customer for quotation
- Preparation and administer the tender documents
- Preparing and analyzing cost comparison
- Liaise and negotiate with Clients, main contractors, sub-contractor and suppliers
- Ensure all tender / contract documents are in order before sending out to customer
- Submit quotation or tender document
- Attend site meeting and assist supervisors in letter / report writing and corresponding site issues
- Coordinate with customer to confirm the quantity once the project is confirmed
- Settlement of progress claims, progress payments and finalising project accounts within stipulated time frame
