SADeaf is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of exciting projects, with a focus on utilising project management software to ensure efficient execution. You will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.


Job Descriptions:


1. Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects across various departments.

2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.

3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans using project management software.

4. Facilitate regular team meetings and project status updates.

5. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.

6. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.

7. Manage project budgets and ensure expenditures stay within allocated limits.

8. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including team members and senior management.

9. Prepare and deliver clear and concise project reports.

10. Stay up-to-date on the latest project management methodologies and best practices.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and resourceful with a proactive approach.

Added advantage:

  • Experience managing projects in the construction, communication technology, hearing healthcare, or language development industries.
  • Experience working with the Deaf community or knowledge of sign language.
  • Understanding of accessibility considerations for digital projects.
