Responsibilities
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Coordinate booking of training rooms and prepare set-up
- Monitor and update weekly/monthly/quarterly tracking reports
- Assist in preparation of presentation slides
- Assist in preparation of assessment materials
- Coordinate time slots for training assessments
- Send timely reminders of upcoming training sessions
- Transcribe/record Minutes of Meeting
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements and skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Working knowledge of Canva, Google Forms, Google Drive
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in a similar capacity is advantageous
- On-the-job training will be provided
