Responsibilities:
- Reports on tasks and project progress to the project manager.
- Manage engineering and design projects pertaining to fire safety systems.
- Manage the coordination of project activities to guarantee efficient and effective project execution.
- In charge of requesting and starting project purchases that have been approved.
- Participating in client or consultant meetings, as well as external project kick-off meetings.
- In charge of maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Support the designer with calculations, drawings, and project submission paperwork.
- Communicate with the customer, subcontractors, and service engineer concerning the fire safety system.
- Work with the service engineer to plan and oversee the factory acceptance test that is conducted with clients.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least one year working experience in the Marine or Oil & Gas industry.
- Has experience in fire protection industry is an added advantage
- Experienced in using AutoCAD
