· Detailed schedule planning and progress management based on the given outline plan.
· Providing feedback to the designer to further improve the defined process and procedure based on the experience during the actual site works.
· Guiding and providing instructions to the sub-team members.
· Manage and maintain the tools used in the site work.
· Consolidating information, creating report, and troubleshooting in case of technical problem during the site work.
· Supervising sub-team members during the site works to keep the works safe.
· Perform system monitoring work for 350 numbers of roadside systems at site.
· Manage error information that occurs on a daily basis and request investigation to the maintenance team.
· Management of list of malfunctioning devices and creation of repair reports for them. Withdraw replacement items needed for repairs and monitor the repair process.
· Plan the arrangement of resources necessary for the project, such as workers, vehicles, and tools, obtain approval from the cost controller, and submit orders to procurement department.
· Monitor the appropriateness of resource usage by managing worker attendance, managing vehicle inspection and maintenance records, and taking inventory of tools.
