Job Description:
- Maintain, check and conduct routine servicing of all firefighting equipment and facilities according to the work schedule and maintenance program.
- Test run of all fire trucks (including its communication equipment) daily at every change of shift.
- To conduct periodic tests and checks on fire protection facilities and fixed system e.g. water spray system, dry risers, hydrants, fixed monitors, foam system, etc.
- To conduct periodic inspection/test on portable equipment e.g. fire hoses, portable extinguishers, portable monitors, foam tenders, rescue & spill equipment, SCBA, chemical suits, communication equipment, etc.
- To respond to any emergency as a member of the Shell JI CERT (Company Emergency Response Team) when activated including firefighting, rescue and any other emergency related activities.
Job Requirements:
- Preferable possess a class 4 driving License. Minimum is Class 3 License.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in firefighting and emergency response.
- Must be open to working shift work.
