Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Login GPS Solution to monitor Drivers' time and analyze Drivers' behavior and alert them when signs of distraction.
  • Collate and Match the Drivers' day to day attendance such as Daily Job Report and Lorry Movement Chit from the collection area.
  • Monthly Payroll cycle with timesheet computation for Drivers and submit to HR for payroll process.
  • Oversee and Upkeeping the Vehicle Master Record with valid licence(s) appropriately, such as scheduling deadlines to renew of Vehicles' Road Tax, Insurance(s), Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle Parking Lots and etc .
  • Cashcard Distribution to Drivers - Keep track the progress of expenses, top up cashcard for exchange when necessary request by the users.
  • Support Administrative duties to the Logistic Operation Department and Manager.
  • Ensure all relevant documents are well filed for hardcopies and softcopies are easily retrieved in the share folders.
  • Assist HR with ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Email.

Requirement

  • Minimum "N" or "O" level qualification with at l east 2 years of working experience in an engineering or construction environment will be a PLUS
  • FRESH Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Adapt in Mircosoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Able to start work immdiately or short notice will be advantageous.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking Driver.
  • ONLY SINGAPOREAN & SPR need to apply.

  • 5 day work week
  • Office currently at Sungei Kadut Avenue and will be shifted to Kian Teck (Jurong) in 2nd half of the year2024.
