Role:
Architectural Engineer (Construction / Short Notice / Up to $6000)
- Singapore Based (Changi Navel, Project Office nearby Lavender MRT)
- Project contract based (estimated 27 months until project completion)
- 6 Days work per week (8am to 5pm)
- $4000 to $6000
- Degree/Master in architectural engineering, design, or similar or equivalent, recognized under Board of Architect
- At least 3 years of Experience in a marine construction/construction company is favourable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD software/Revit.

Job Scope
Collaborating with different project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Reviewing and designing Architectural and engineering plans.
To coordinate all the Architecture works and maintain submissions.
Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
Managing project timelines and ensuring deadline adherence.
Producing detailed reports as required by the project roadmap.
Using software programs for simulating architectural designs
Verifying and validating onsite work against plans and designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends and integrate them into the design process.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
