Responsibilities
Ø To assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination works of all architectural trades, finishes and interfacing with M&E and Structural detail.
Ø Ensure all architectural drawing, material sample submission, and method statement are submitted on time as per program.
Ø Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.
Ø Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation.
Ø Ensure quality of works and detailing is achieved, and complied with any safety regulation and maintainability.
Ø Knowledge of fundamental principles and practices of architecture, construction materials and methods, and building codes; Research on materials, methods, and construction techniques.
Ø Interpret design concept and translating them into workable solution and ensure design quality and authority compliance; Conceptualize and present design proposal.
Ø Assist in tender drawings and material specifications, design presentation, conceptual and schematic designs. Prepare catalogues and drawings from design intent and submit for approvals.
Ø Monitor design development and liaise with consultants on design issues.
Ø Issue drawings to subcontractors and liaise with them for technical issues.
Ø Carry out site inspection and make sure that it conforms to the drawings.
Requirements:
Ø Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent, registrable with Board of Architects, Singapore.
Ø Well-verse in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines.
Ø Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture.
Ø Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modelling and BIM Management would be an added advantage.
