Jacobs Singapore would like to welcome a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to join our exciting Sewerage upgrading projects across Singapore. Jacobs role is The Client's Representative for contract supervision works. Main duties:
- Based on site, working alongside the Project Manager and Engineers managing stakeholders at the project
- Carry outstanding supervision of the works in progress on-site
- Supervising and verifying contractors’ CCTV video and inspection reports
- Systematically manage and update daily data on all records about the programme
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- RTO accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) or the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision; working experience in sewerage projects will be an added advantage
- Willingness to obtain Certificate of WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Spaced Operation (previously known as Safety Instruction Course for Supervisors – Manhole (SIC)). The company will provide a training
- Willingness to obtain Certification either under the WRc Sewer Pipeline Assessment and Certification Programme, SgSTT’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Programme, or WSQ Certified Used Water Collection Technician. The company will provide a training
