ABOUT THE ROLE:

This initiative will explore the cocreation of value with customers who need more from their industry partners, potentially creating new, customized ways of creating value for both customers and Bayer. Offer clinical perspective and a strong understanding of patient workflow to customers. Promote Bayer's offer by presenting the product's value (i.e., customer, patient, economical) over features. Dig deeper into customer’s needs & challenges to achieve a holistic understanding of solution requirements.Bayer’s The Solution Provider in Radiology. As a Portfoio Solutions Specialist you will be responsible to build, develop and grow the assigned territory, including managing local/national tenders and ongoing and new funnels of devices in the assigned territory. To execute scientific activities in the assigned territory on driving product or solution strategies in the short, mid, and long term to achieve set business goals under the supervision of the Country Manager.


YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-create new, innovative ways of partnering with a defined segment of customers - this will likely exhibit an orientation comfort in using Bayer products - Willingness to experiment with new days of doing business/ delivering outcomes, and a desire to engage with Bayer beyond image acquisition, expanding into a more holistic view of how Bayer can best impact patient and disease management.
  • Energized by the challenge to create a vision and collaborate with a cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders to develop a new innovative offering.
  • Understand the healthcare operating model and relate to the mindset that addresses clinical and various stakeholder perspectives.
  • OEM management – maintain and establish strong relationships to maximize market opportunities and strengthen business continuity and ongoing representation. Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration for further mutual clinical and commercial objectives.
  • To identify and increase key opportunities in new accounts and manage the existing accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset (local/national tender and strategic customers)
  • Train customers on the utilization of Bayer solutions beyond current product portfolio. Assist customer on making best use of product they have at hand. Increase adoption/implementation of the full offering of Bayer portfolio
  • Facilitate training sessions, new product releases and launches, and implementing marketing activities, but not limited to product presentation, e-detailing, operation training, and congress and tradeshow.
  • Develop a master call list and make five quality calls per week with outcome updates. Efficiency utilizes digital tools to perform advanced data mining such as prospect accounts, record and maintain customer database in RAD CRM platform, and coordinate the assigned territory activities with peers and field partners
  • Ensure all scientific programs are effectively implemented and targeted for growth based on Return-on-Investment Planning
  • Achieve profitable and sustainable growth and individual sales targets for the Radiology business.
  • Generate and implement the annual territory plan on the assigned territory to develop the value proposition of each account, analyzing potential accounts for strategies, action plans, and resource planning.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor's or Degree in Business, Marketing, or clinically relevant field to radiography with an understanding of a clinical workflow.
  • Min 3 years of working experience in radiology or at least 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Strong Presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to coach others on using products and clinical applications. Increase results in terms of sales and quality with customers by excellence in clinical differentiation. Have the ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneur mindset and experience developing and executing product solution proposals. Added value: Experience in procurement operating
  • Demonstrated the right mindset with self-driving product knowledge and selling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead efforts to discover, define and create tangible, mutually beneficial outcomes and ideas into well-defined plan that is actionable and measurable
  • Excellent networking and collaboration skills and anticipatory problem-solver
  • Good command of English
