Responsibilities:
- Assess various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including but not limiting to payroll processing, benefits, statutory claims/survey, insurance, work pass administration, on/off boarding, drafting of
- HR/employment related letters and timely submission of reports
- Manage and facilitate performance management system/campaign
- Develop training plans and identify learning opportunities for employee development
- Participate in the draft/review and implementation of policies, procedures and program initiatives
- Support general office administration duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Business or HR disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience for Executive role and at least 4 years of experience for Senior Executive role
- Responsible, analytical, organized and meticulous
- A team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
- Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good in Excel, formulas and PivotTable
- Hands-on payroll processing experience
- Good working knowledge in payroll, Employment Act
