Job Description

e2i’s Career Centre is one of the key national nodes where jobseekers seek new opportunities and work towards being employed and employable. We are currently building our career and jobs centre operation team. Specific to the role, as a Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Career Centre operations, which runs the day-to-day activities and events of the career centre.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Harmonizing processes across all career and jobs centres
  • Have good understanding of the current employment landscape and the openness to find out more about current employability trends
  • Ensuring that our data from various data sources are managed well, the collection process is streamline and accurate
  • Prepare information in a reporting format for sharing with management to make decisions which will impact the lives of jobseekers who use our services
  • You would need some experience dealing with clients as you would also liaise with internal and external stakeholders on career centre related queries
  • Willing to be deploy to do career centres check at different touchpoints
  • Able to work across-teams to manage events/activities deployment and tracking of masterlist
  • Assisting in the cleaning and keying of data, and tracking of clients’ cases into case management system
  • Creating solutions for process improvement in the provision of career services

Job Requirements

  • Driven, result oriented and able to work independently.
  • High proficiency in using systems, Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint & Excel to analyse & present data.
  • Meticulous, innovative and able to adapt to change – in the workplace and employment landscape.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
  • Able to relate to all levels of jobseekers/working people and cultivate a strong relationship with partners and stakeholders on career services matters.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver the work within tight deadlines.
