Working Hours: 8.30 am - 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Boonlay
Salary: $2200
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurately handling data entry tasks, creating job records, and managing billing processes.
- Communicate effectively with different departments and customers to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Thoroughly verify calculations and match contract details to ensure accuracy in agreed rates and chargeable weights.
- Ensure timely creation and updating of ad-hoc shipment records to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accuracy in all tasks to minimize disputes and discrepancies in billing and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
- Handle any additional duties or tasks assigned by management to support departmental goals and objectives..
Requirements:
- Possess relevant experience in billing support
- On-job training will be provided
