Job Responsibilites:
*Provide casework and counselling to individuals and families served by Lakeside Family Service Centre.
*Advocacy for vulnerable individuals and families to have access to equal opportunities through collaborative practice with community partners.
*Participate in client and community assessments, group work processes and specialized interventions.
Job Requirements:
*Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Graduate Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines.
*1 to 3 years of related experiences.
*Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
*Good interpersonal and communication skills.
*Attention to details.
*Passionate to work with families and the community.
