Job Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with headquarter to develop market of aluminum product such as aluminum foil, sheet, plate, can sheet, motor sheet and extruded product under such low-demand market. Collaborate with headquarter to identify and co-create unique selling points that enhance both customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Oversee the sales’ portfolio and responsible for substantial growth in Singapore
  • Develop new aluminum customers and/or new projects in 2024, reinforce communication with customers and deeply develop market opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive support including but not limited to financing, insurance, pre- and post sale service and technical support.
  • Responsible for the data collection, procurement, and sales of renewable resources worldwide. Expand business scope in the field of renewable resources, explore high-quality suppliers in the industries of remelted aluminum ingots, scrap aluminum class 1&2&3&4 from can maker worldwide, scrap copper, and scrap stainless steel, and gather potential demand customers in China. Build recycling bushiness team and lead the team to achieve annual planning goals.
  • Create a motivated workforce and a high-performance culture that is passionate on teamwork, continuous improvement, learning & coaching, creative and innovative.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned according to needs of business.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing & Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years' proven hands-on experience of same capacity for aluminum products.
  • Able to lead, manage & motivate a team to meet sales goals.
  • Hands-on approach in solving challenges and a good team player.
  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and IT skills.
  • Able to multitask to meet close deadlines under fast -paced environment.
  • Good networking and client-retention skills
  • Good English & Mandarin communication skill in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates/ clients.
