Our Financial lines team handle key products such as Professional Indemnity, D&O, Commercial Crime, Cyber Insurances for clients of all industries and across the region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage claim process from notification to claim settlement.
- Communicate the claims development with stakeholders of the claims including but not limited to clients, lawyers, insurers, and adjustors.
- Provide coverage advice to clients.
- Advocate and negotiating for clients.
- Maintain proper records of all communications with stakeholders.
- Handle claims administration including performing sanctions screening, registering claims on system and generate claims report in periodic basis.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Have experience in claims process
- Some knowledge of Financial Lines policies
- Good communication skills
*This role is a 3-month fixed-term contract.
