- In-depth study, support and development of new technology and capability improvement
- Design test vehicle, conduct DOE, data collection and analysis
- Liaise with vendor for evaluation and prepare technical report
- Co-ordinate with varies department for new technology introduction
- Monitor initial mass production performance, resolve issues and make improvement plan
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical & Electronics) with 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong in Engineering concepts and fundamentals
- Knowledge of statistical and analytical tools – SPC, PFMEA, DOE
- Good writing, communication, planning and co-ordination skill
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing will be preferred
