Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage business P&L and budget to ensure business profitability and quality.
- In-charge of department operational efficiency and major projects.
- Establish company standards, policies, goals, and safety guidelines for the business.
- Establish company annual and mid-term budgets.
- Work closely with sales department in acquiring and retaining customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and address their needs.
- Develop warehousing strategies and budgets.
- Optimize resources and space within the business unit.
- Execute warehousing development projects and ensure compliance.
- Monitor 3PL activities for cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize opportunities.
- Plan commercial joint ventures with associates.
- Support constant improvement to optimize procedures, cut expenses, and boost operational effectiveness.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 - 8 years of operational experience in 3PL and warehousing industry, with supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in automation technology and logistics business will be ideal.
