What you will be doing
Full Set of Bookkeeping
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and local financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
Administration and Secretarial Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the investment team. • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage communication and correspondence with stakeholders, including emails and phone calls
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles, preferably in a family office or investment firm.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
