What you will be doing


Full Set of Bookkeeping

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and local financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.

Administration and Secretarial Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the investment team. • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage communication and correspondence with stakeholders, including emails and phone calls

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles, preferably in a family office or investment firm.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
