SALES EXECUTIVE (5days work week)

Flexible working hour (8am-530pm) or (830am-6pm) or (9am-630pm)
S$3,200 - S$3,800 per month(Local/pr)
About the role
Ability in executing sales strategy by specifying products and converting into sales orders while collaborating among teams to promote Company branding and increase market value. Great knowledge and skills in staying ahead of the competition while maintaining relationship with clients. Ability to surpass business expectation while contributing to the Company’s growth and discover new sales prospects to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Providing quality technical consultative service and generating specification document to Architects, Façade Consultants and Contractors
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams to develop better sales strategies
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Requirements
- GCE “A” level, diploma in business, sales & marketing or related professional qualifications
- 2-3 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive
- Experience in the building industry an advantage
- Attention to details, strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Command good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with people
