- Responsible for full recruitment process.
- To source for potential candidates from various channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks).
- To design and administer job posting.
- To establish and review Human Resource policies related to hiring.
- To study and justify the manpower request from various department.
- To prepare HR related reports require by internal stakeholders.
- To keep abreast of employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- To analyze the turnover data and proposed improvement plan to reduce the labor turnover rate.
- To establish and drive the retention program.
- To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Prefer at least 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Possesses strong collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
- A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work independently.
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous.
