We have an opportunity to invite qualified talent to join our exciting growth journey as Account Executive/Senior. The person will be part of a team that have opportunities to work with others from other locations.
Responsibilities:
· Day to day accounting for Asia entities
· Monitoring AR & AP ledgers for Asia entities
· Bank reconciliations
· Being a key member of the team in ensuring monthly/yearly closing is completed on time & accurately.
· Coordinating with colleagues in overseas offices to ensure financial deliverables are supplied within required timelines.
· Ensure monthly submission of management / operation reports.
· Assist AFM in analysing monthly financial results, identify variances and understand trends.
· Assist in Forecasting, Budgeting & Cashflow requirements.
· Assist with and play a key role in yearly external and internal audit.
• Liaising with stakeholders in the region and globally
· Keep up to date with accounting standards & proactively implement best practices.
· Maintain files and documentation (via sharepoint if possible) thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice Assist in treasury and banking related activities
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA/Accounting qualification related certificates are preferred
· Minimum 3 years of accounting and finance experience
· Good knowledge and understanding of tax legislation
· Have knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements will be an added advantage
· Cross-Functional Work Concept
· Knowledge and experience with internal control documentation
· Excellent communication skills are a must for this role as is the ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently
· Hands on approach, ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external parties
· Well versed in MS Excel and spreadsheet techniques with exceptional numerical proficiency and experienced in financial modelling
· Hands-on, analytical, meticulous, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver
· Possess a positive attitude, good leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, independent and a team player
· Excellent written and verbal skills in English
· Able to commence work immediately

· 5 days’ work week
