- Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing job offers.
- Employ innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage both passive and active candidates across various platforms and networks.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and outreach activities, such as career fairs, to proactively cultivate a robust talent pool.
- Analyze recruitment data to gain insights into any gaps and refine hiring strategies accordingly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and streamline the recruitment process by staying abreast of industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with a preference for a strong background in Talent Acquisition and HR business partnering.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in talent acquisition, including the development and delivery of applicant pipelines, as well as strategic planning and execution.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Showcase strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for data-driven decision-making in recruitment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adeptly adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Duration: 6 months Extendable/Convertible
Working Location: Kent Ridge (Walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
