- Stock Management: in the store and in the warehouse; movements between stores; centralization of the merchandise
- Responsible for purchase order entry and updates. Keep track of and communicate status of upcoming POs.
- Input designated SKUs for markdown into appropriate merchandising system
- Produce an on-going set of weekly reports (e.g. On Order Report) as well as ad hoc business reports
- Having constant communication with stores and Sales Manager on their needs.
- Pushing the sales further on special dates /occasions in the country (will coordinate activities among all departments including warehouse to make sure the country is ready for its special occasions (public holiday etc.))
- Liaise between 3PL & store on all deliveries matters
