JOB OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to deliver prompt and accurate orders.

2 - 4 days or from 15 to 30 hours a week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing menu items.
- Take customer orders and convey them accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and any special promotions.
- Ensure timely and friendly service throughout the dining experience.
Order Fulfillment:
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation of orders.
- Verify the correctness of each order before serving it to the customer.
- Coordinate with other service crew members to deliver multiple orders simultaneously.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Clean and sanitize menus, utensils, and other items regularly.
- Assist in restocking inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
Problem Resolution:
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report any incidents or complaints to the supervisor or manager.
Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with other service crew members, kitchen staff, and management to create a positive work environment.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a smooth workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is a plus but not always required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
