RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitating seamless operations of Academy courses through logistical and administrative support.
- Leading and managing a team of course support staff and student assistants.
- Managing both face-to-face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration.
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive interest in optimizing processes for increased efficiency.
- Preferred experience in training, administration, or course coordination.
- Required to work occassionally on weekday evenings or weekends; compensated with flexible time-off or off-days.
