RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enrollment and Admissions
    • Manage the admissions process, including application review, interviews, selection and offers.
    • Coordinate with the Registrar's Office to ensure a smooth enrollment process for accepted learners.
  • Programme schedule and logistics
    • Work with relevant teams and to ensure adequate resources for teaching and learning resources and programme logistics are in place.
    • Setting up of course schedule in the LMS for IPM specific modules.
    • Organize and manage programme-related events (Exams, orientations, lunches).
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Maintain regular communication channels with learners, faculty, and stakeholders.
    • Prepare regular reports on programme performance and outcomes for senior management.
    • Support the Programme coordinator during the quarterly IPM Curriculum Committee meeting.
  • Overall Coordination and Administration
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the programme's activities, including budgets, schedules and SSG-funding processes.
    • Monitor and maintain the IPM inbox by addressing the IPM students' IPM specific queries.
    • Support program growth and development as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiar with operations in the education sector.
  • IT-savvy and proficient in Office 365.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management and Training Management System portal is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 to 2 years organising events in the education sector.
  • A resourceful style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects as well as to be a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
  • Meticulous, has an eye for detail and appreciates the value and need for thorough planning and good documentation.
