The Talent
• Min 10 years of brand design strategy experience
• Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred
• Passion, curious and ability to be external-focused and bring freshness from outside
• Ability to lead very complex projects (multi-functional, multi-country, …) and influence critical external stakeholders
Job Description
• Lead the brand design strategy and creative direction across categories and projects to innovate for growth as part of the marketing transformation, in close collaboration with cross functional partners - Brand, Frontline, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial and Franchise Marketing as well as with Bottling partners where appropriate.
• Define, manage & deliver packaging design solutions for the ASP business in partnership with the design network of global teams, external agencies, design & artwork agencies, and print production and delivery teams
• Partner global design on regional charters as lead region to develop inspirational & scalable design solutions that are consumer centric
• Adapt global toolkits on core brands to the formats across our markets, while making the designs regionally relevant to the consumers we serve
• Articulate the visual interpretation/graphic systems to be implemented in each market of ASP through playbooks and toolkits, working with a network of design delivery managers
• Work closely with the print production and artwork teams to deliver best in class execution on packaging
• Organizational Leadership, Packaging design project & stakeholder management
• Manage packaging design projects, timelines and processes
• Lead design thinking sessions with multifunction teams
• Ensure stewardship of the design processes, to check that the work is matched with the right briefs, resources (budgets and time)
• Manage design project timelines and hold collaborators accountable to their deliverables
• Develop design efficiency and productivity to manage the scale of the ASP business
• Build an irresistible design passion in the business team with culture of pro-active design ownership
