Description:
- Monitor progress of work against schedule and inform the Overall Site Project Coordinator /HDB when there is a delay or is behind schedule.
- Supervise all architectural works.
- Provide feedback to the Overall Site Project Coordinator /HDB any discrepancies / problems / irregularities observed that require Overall Site Project Coordinator/HDB’s attention.
- Provide feedback on defects and ensure that defects identified are satisfactorily rectified by Project contractor.
- Supervise water tightness tests and, witness and record the results of the water tests (If applicable). Site Project Coordinator.
Requirement :
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in the supervision of Architectural aspect of works;
- Accredited as Resident Technical Officers with The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES);
- Proficient in using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint;
