Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 8 years of sales experience in the IDC industry and a minimum of 2 years in team management, demonstrating a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
- Possess a background in Southeast Asian markets, with in-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics, coupled with strong capabilities in market expansion and client relationship management.
- Proven expertise in target management, market analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving, alongside exceptional adaptability and resilience.
- Strong self-motivation, teamwork skills, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
