Summary:
• Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)
• 5.5 days/week, 44 hours/week
Working Hours:
Monday 8 am–1 pm, 2–5 pm, 7–9 pm
Tuesday 8 am–1 pm, 2–5 pm, 7–9 pm
Wednesday 8 am–1 pm, 2–5 pm, 7–9 pm
Thursday 8 am–1 pm, 2–5 pm, 7–9 pm
Friday 8 am–1 pm, 2–5 pm
Saturday 8 am–1 pm
Sunday 8 am–1 pm
Responsibilities:
• Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
• General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
• Updating of medical billings/invoices
• Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
• Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
• Providing high quality patient care service experience
