Summary:
- Basic ($2400 - $2800) + AWS + 2-3 months performance bonus + yearly salary increment
- Mon to Fri Office hours
- Working location: Novena / Kelantan Lane
Responsibilities:
- Interviews and provides STI information to patients and advising and safe sex practices and STI prevention
- Contact traces sex partner(s) of patients diagonsed with STIs
- Follow-up on patients who have been diagnosed with STIs or have defaulted treatment
- Contact patients' sexual partners for screening and treatment
- Reviews electronic medical records (EMR) details, follow-up with doctor i/c and codes diagnosis
- Reviews treatment details and updates outcomes
- Provides Medical Scheme information and STI education to brothel keepers and Medical Scheme registrants
- Participates in public health, educational and research activities and projects (such as the HIV ST Project)
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline (preferably in social work)
• Counselling background preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
