We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR or a related field, demonstrating a strong initiative to learn and contribute to our HR operations. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while supporting our team in day-to-day activities.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Compile and analyze HR data to generate insightful reports for management, aiding strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the consolidation of HR metrics, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Process Improvement and Recommendation
- Collaborate with HR team members to understand existing processes and practices.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing HR efficiency, effectiveness, and overall employee experience.
Project Support and Implementation
- Assist in the execution of HR projects, with a focus on areas such as employee performance management and Learning & Development.
- Contribute to the mapping of HR work processes, SOP, and support/maintain the HRIS system
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program, preferably in HR or a related field.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong initiative to learn and take on new challenges.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to planning and organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
